The changes are subtle but powerful!

For years doing a pull-up has been a goal of mine. I have always found it challenging as I could not access my back to trigger muscles necessary. I typically used my biceps and fatigued quickly. Yesterday I did 10 pull-ups. I was able to use the correct muscles and it was amazingly easy! The gal I workout with also completed my measurements and asked what I had been doing cause my biceps increased by 2. Honestly nothing other than yoga! It's interesting the changes are subtle but powerful! Looking forward to learning and growing more. Thank you
